FABIAN ONG is an architecture-trained photographer based in Singapore and the region.

Upon obtaining his Master's degree from the National University of Singapore, he practiced several notable architectural design firms and conducted research projects and workshops in the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

In 2016, he was invited by the Japanese periodical A+U and Shinkenchiku to be their in-house photojournalist. Based out of their office in Tokyo, he worked closely with editors, architects, and Japanese photographers to conceptualize and produce architectural journals. Besides being on assignments domestically within Japan, Fabian also covered international projects in Europe, North America, and Asia.

With his background and experiences, the photographer is able to create meaningful narratives for architecture and spatial projects. They also enable him to offer fresh and unique perspectives for commercial work and advertising campaigns.

Fabian is also concurrently developing his art photography practice with a focus on natural and constructed landscapes. He travels regularly for both personal projects and commissioned assignments.
